We are glad to report that the Clare Branch is up and running. Having confined our activities to a few online quizzes and an open draw for members during the pandemic lockdown, the Branch made a tentative move to get back into action with a walk on the beach in Lahinch at the end of March. A second walk was planned for the end of April. Having consulted the membership on a summer lunch and finding that members were not answering positively in any great numbers, we decided instead to organise a trip to Inis Oirr (Aran Islands) for the end of May.
We hope that we will soon be able to resume our monthy coffee mornings which have taken place in the Templegate Hotel up to now and our game of whist in the Roslevan.
